Our Shepherd Lutheran School’s website is a great way to learn more about our Early Childhood–8th Grade curriculum and school activities. Our Admissions Coordinator, Tomi Mattick would be more than happy to answer any further questions, provide you with a personal tour of our facility, and introduce you to our teachers and students. Admissions Policy

EARLY EDUCATION – Early Childhood Program & Kindergarten
  • Child’s birthday MUST be before August 1 of the desired school year (3 years old for our Early Childhood program, 5 years old for Kindergarten).

  • Children MUST be toilet trained and able to take care of their own bathroom needs.

  • Submit a copy of their birth certificate and immunization record.

  • First-time students are required to fill out a home language study which is in the application.
ELEMENTARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL – 1st-8th Grades
  • Submit a copy of their birth certificate and immunization record.

  • If your child has an IEP or 504 plan, submit a copy to the office.

  • Schedule a tour with our Admissions Coordinator, Mrs. Mattick.

Application Acceptance

Upon receiving your information, our director of admissions will contact you with confirmation of your student’s acceptance and direct you to the enrollment process, which must be completed before your child is officially enrolled.

Welcome to Our Shepherd Lutheran School and thank you for your interest.

How to Apply

Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A $30 non-refundable application fee will be assessed to all new students as the last step of completing their online application. All online application fees will be processed online at this time as we cannot take application fees through the office. Thank you for your cooperation.

Create an Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications and monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms.
